We know what it’s like to have all the balls in the air and sometimes life doesn’t go to plan. If you’ve booked a class, sling clinic or one to one this is our cancellation policy, it’s as generous as we can make it.
- If you give us more than 48 hours notice (of the start time of your session) we can either refund you in full or try to rearrange for a later date. You can do this via our contact form, email or by messaging our facebook page. (please note that submissions via contact form sometimes take up to 24 hours to reach us)
- If you give us less than 48 hours notice but more than 24 hours notice (of the start time of your session) we will rearrange for another time or carry over to another class but we cannot refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice we cannot refund or rearrange and if you have opted to pay on arrival we will expect you to pay. It’s pretty hard to fill spaces at short notice and as a not for profit organisation our sessions are carefully costed.
- Sling hires, if you book an out of hours hire and don’t pick it up we cannot refund your money. We need it to help more people. What we will do is get in touch and see if there’s any way to get your sling to you.
